Abbots Amber is a Cone 6 midfire brushable glaze with a warm, honey-toned glaze with a rich glowing surface and gentle movement in the firing. Golden tones deepen into caramel where the glaze gathers, while edges and texture break lighter, giving the surface a soft flowing quality without becoming overly active.
