Abbots Celadon Midfire Glaze

This mid-fire glaze mimics the delicate and mysterious characters of ancient Chinese Celadons.

When used thickly on white bodies it displays a subtle surface, inviting a viewer to touch and look closer.

Use this glaze alone or under/over others for great layered effects.

Set density at around 1400g/l for single layer dipping or as low as 1260g/l for layering.

 Can easily be converted into a brushable glaze if dispersed in a suitable medium.

This glaze is considered safe for food-contact surfaces.
